Zuri Health is a telehealth platform that connects patients with licensed healthcare providers. Our platform:

Does not replace emergency medical services — call your local emergency number for emergencies
Does not guarantee any specific health outcomes
Relies on information you provide — you are responsible for providing accurate health information
Facilitates consultations with independent, board-certified healthcare providers who make all medical decisions

4. Services Provided

Zuri Health provides:

Online health consultations with licensed providers
Prescription services (when medically appropriate, as determined by your provider)
Medication delivery to your door
At-home lab test kits and result interpretation
Ongoing provider-patient messaging

5. Prescriptions and Medications

All prescriptions are at the sole discretion of your healthcare provider. Completing a consultation does not guarantee a prescription. Providers may determine that a medication is not appropriate for you based on your medical history, current conditions, or other factors.

6. Payments and Refunds

Consultation fees are charged at the time of submission
Medication costs are charged upon prescription approval
Refunds for consultations are available if no provider review has occurred
Medication refunds are subject to our return policy and applicable regulations
Subscription plans can be cancelled at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period

7. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

Provide truthful and complete health information
Not use the platform for someone else without proper authorization
Follow your provider's instructions and prescribed treatment plan
Report any adverse reactions or side effects promptly
Keep your account credentials secure

8. Intellectual Property

All content on Zuri Health — including text, graphics, logos, product images, and branding — is owned by Zuri Health and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zuri Health shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or notice on our platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing Law
